John G. “Johnny” Brown, 57, of Beaumont died December 23, 2005 at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth. A native of Orange and resident of Beaumont for most of his life, Johnny was a cook at Denny’s. He was a graduate of Central Catholic High School and attended Texas A&M University. For many years, he lived in Bryan, Texas.
Survivors include his sister, Hazel Ann Brown of Beaumont and brother, Paul L. Brown and his wife Jeanine of Garland; five nieces and nephews; seven grand nieces and nephews; and one great grand nephew.
A funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2005 at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church under the direction of Broussard's, 1605 N Major Drive, Beaumont.
