Like so many of the people that have been important in my life, I never got to meet or talk with Charlotte but I have known her over the years through cards and letters. We shared a bond of loving collies and Lassie and mutual friends like Debbie. Charlotte was a very giving person who was appreciative of everything, no matter how small. I don't know if she ever realized just how special she was and how much light she brought to the world. She will be missed here on earth but welcomed by the angels in heaven.

Charlotte was my best friend. I will miss her terribly. Our hearts ache but we know she is happy with her family and all her collies.
