Vera Henry, 71, died November 15, 2005 at Hermann Memorial S. W. Hospita1, Houston. Vera, formerly of Double Bayou hasd lived in the Houston area for over fifty years. She worked as a nurse's aide for the V. A. Hospital of Houston.
Survivors include her sisters, Ollie D. North of Detroit, Michigan, Lavonia M. North of Los Angles, California and Shirley North Oldham of Houston; two nieces; one nephew; two great nieces; two great nephews; one great-great nephew, and a host of relatives and friends.
Services will be at St. Paul United Methodist Church, Double Bayou, Texas, Saturday, November 19, 2005, at 2:00 P.M., with burial at Martha Godfrey Cemetery at Double Bayou under the direction of Broussard's Mortuary 134 W. Buccaneer Drive, Winnie, Texas.
