Rosa Lee Patxot 73, of Port Arthur, passed away, Sunday November 6, 2005 at West Houston Medical Center in Houston.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, November 10, 2005 at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Port Arthur with Rev. T.R. Blanco officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Port Arthur under the direction of Broussard’s in Nederland. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5 to 8 P.M. Wednesday evening with a scriptural rosary to be held at 7 PM.
Mrs. Patxot was a native and lifelong resident of the Port Arthur. She retired from St. Mary Hospital in Port Arthur in housekeeping with 19 years of service. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Port Arthur.
Mrs. Patxot was preceded in death by her husband Felix Patxot Sr. She was survived by her two daughters, Rose Helen Patxot of Houston, and Yolanda Ann Jimenez and her husband Paul of Beaumont, six sons, Felix Patxot Jr. and his wife Shirley of Beaumont, Adrian R. Patxot of Port Arthur, Carlos Patxot of Australia, Michael A. Patxot and his wife Elizabeth of Port Neches, John J. Patxot and his wife Gloria of Dallas, Leonardo Rodriguez and his wife Samantha of Houston, one sister, Beatrice Alviar of Rose City, two brothers Louis Lopez of Beaumont, Robert Lopez of Port Arthur of Port Arthur, twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
