Trinity Ladé Smith, infant daughter of Travis Lee Smith and Georgianna Patrice Gallow, died Sunday, October 23, 2005.
Survivors other than her parents include her maternal grandparents, Annette Deans and Lyres Gallow both of Port Arthur; her paternal grandparents, Viola L. Freeman and Emory Lee Smith both of Beaumont; great maternal grandmother, Georgianna Brown of Port Arthur; great paternal grandmother, Vida Mae Landry of Beaumont; and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
A graveside service will be 2:00 P. M. Friday, October 28, 2005 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park under the direction of Broussard's, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont.
