Elvira Geiger, 83, of Beaumont, died Sunday, October 16, 2005 in Houston.
A native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, she had been a resident of Beaumont since 1945 and had resided at Avalon Place in Kirbyville for twenty years.
Survivors include her son, Colbert Steele and his wife Dorothy of Vidor; brothers, Pete Fabio and Adolph Fabio; grandchildren, Christie Fore and her husband Toby of Kingwood, Jennifer Mulhern and her husband Karl of Katy and Jessica Peyres of Spring; great grandchildren, Courtney Arguello, Cory Arguello, Luke Cerda, Mason Peyres, Tiffany Fore and April Fore.
Her husband, George A. Geiger preceded her in death.
Funeral service will be 10:00 A. M. Wednesday, October 19, 2005 at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont with burial to follow at Magnolia Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be from 6:00 P. M. until 8:00 P. M. Tuesday, October 18, 2005 at the mortuary.
