J. C. Lupo passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2005, in Clearlake, TX. He was born in Opelousas, Louisiana on February 19, 1927. He retired from Chevron after serving many years as a Lab Technician and was a Veteran of the U. S. Navy. He was a wonderful husband and daddy.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years Rose Lupo and one daughter, Pamela Thorn both of Nederland; and one sister, Rose Dartez of Winnie. Also surviving Mr. Lupo is a host of loving neighbors and friends.
A gathering of family and friends was from 4-8 PM on Sunday, October 16, 2005 at Broussard's Mortuary 505 12th. St. in Nederland with a Rosary being recited at 5 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 2:00 PM Monday, October 17, 2005 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Nederland. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves.
