Abi Amanda “Bobbi” Sticker, 101, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2005 at the Park Manor Nursing Center in Desoto.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, October 17, 2005 at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Nederland with Rev. Elvin Gipson and Rev. Bryan Webb officiating. Interment will follow at oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches under the direction of Broussard’s in Nederland. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5 to 8 P.M. Sunday evening at the mortuary.
Mrs. Sticker was a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and lived in Nederland for 80 years. She was a homemaker and a charter member of the Hillcrest Baptist Church in Nederland. Mrs. Sticker is survived by three sons, Milton D. Sticker of Silsbee, Maurice M. Sticker and wife Lynda of Port Arthur, and Ronald L. Sticker and wife Bess of Nederland; twelve grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchildren, and twenty great-great grandchildren. The Sticker family would like to give a special thanks to her loving caregiver Sandra Malbrough.
