Harvlyn Kervin, 68, native and lifelong resident of Votaw died October 5, 2005 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center.
She is survived by her husband, R. E. Kervin, Sr. of Votaw; sons, Ray Kervin and his wife Anita and Michael Kervin and his wife Katrina all of Votaw; mother, Evelyn Warren of Votaw; sisters, Melba Fitzpatrick of Votaw and Estelle Ramby and her husband Charles of Kountze; brother, Joe Warren and his wife Janie of Votaw; grandchildren, Brandon Kervin, Trina Kervin, Justan Kervin, Wendy Powell and her husband Perry, and Jennifer Houghton and her husband Shannon; great grandchildren, Garrett and Carter Kervin, Hayden Powell, and Ashlan and Emily Houghton.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 8, 2005 at Votaw Worship Center followed by burial at Votaw Cemetery under the direction of Broussard’s, 700 W. Saratoga Highway, Kountze. A gathering of family and friends will be Friday evening, October 7, 2005 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the church.
