Tristan Darlene Lynn Marie Polk born May 31, 2004 went to be with the Lord, September 4, 2005.
Tristan will never be forgotten. She was a gift from God, and now she is a pure angel. She was loved by everyone for her smile, laughter, and just the baby things she did.
She is survived by her parents, Bobbie Crochet and James Polk of Port Neches; sister, Hayley Gossard of Port Neches; brother, Dylan Place of Port Neches; uncle, Elvis Polk of Port Neches; aunts, Mary Boudreaux, and Rona Ellis both of Port Acres; Godparents, Jennifer Polk, and Randy Carr.
