Grace M. Goforth, 68, of Nederland passed away, Sunday, July 31, 2005 at her residence in Nederland.
Memorial services will be 6:00 PM Thursday evening, August 4, 2005 at Broussard’s in Nederland with a gathering of family and friends to begin at 5:00 before the service.
A native of New Iberia, Grace lived the past 30 years in the mid-county area. She worked as a manager in the retail service industry, but her most important roll in life was being a loving wife and mother.
She is survived by her husband, James C. Goforth of Nederland, 3 daughters; Barbara Taylor and husband Calvin of Ringgold, Georgia, Kim Osgood and husband Kenneth of Beauxart Garden and Rene Pegg of England, 3 sons; Lewis Sneed and wife Kerri of Nederland and Rick Sneed of Seattle, Washington, sister, Alice McCleod of Beaumont, brother Warren Clark of Fannett, mother Edia Ivey of Port Arthur and 11 grandchildren; Kaithlyne and Kourtnie Sneed, Ronnie and Adam Osgood, Dannayelle Guidry and Devin Taylor, Harold Milton Horton, Jr. and Dustin James Aldrigde, Kelsey, Jeremy and Erin Sneed.
