Frankie Irene Smith 89, of Nederland, passed away Monday, June 13, 2005 at Cypress Glenn Nursing Home in Port Arthur.
She was a native of Gilmer, TX, born December 27, 1915 and had been a resident of the Mid-County area for the past 50 years. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include one son, Richard H. Smith of Nederland; eight grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren.
Her husband, Warren Smith and one son Charles W. Smith, Sr. preceded her in death.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 4-6 pm Wednesday, June 15, 2005 at Broussard’s Mortuary 505 12th. St. Nederland. Funeral services will be 10:00 am, Thursday, June 16, 2005 at Broussard’s Nederland Chapel with Reverend Dustin Guidry officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.
