Judith Blackwell Kwak, 67, of Romeoville, Illinois, died Sunday, June 29, 2003, at Kindred Hospital in Sycamore, Illinois.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2003 at Broussard`s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. A gathering of family and friends will be 2:00 p.m. until service time Wednesday at the mortuary.
A native of Beaumont, she had lived in Illinois for the last forty-seven years. Mrs. Kwak is survived by her husband, Karol Kwak of Romeoville, Illinois; sons, Ricky Kwak and Glen Kwak and his wife, Christine, all of Romeoville; daughter, Cathey Kwak of Romeoville; brothers, John Blackwell and his wife, Linda Gale, of Winnie, Randy Blackwell and his wife, Susan, of Houston and Happy Blackwell and his wife, Barbara, of Vidor; and one granddaughter.
