Catherine “Nannie” Hair, 86, of Taylorsville, Mississippi, died Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at Silsbee Oaks Health Care.
A native of Ted, Mississippi, she lived in Silsbee for five years and was a homemaker.
Funeral service will be 3:00 P.M. Saturday, June 11, 2005 at First Pentecostal Church in Bay Springs, Mississippi, with burial to follow at J.D.B. Family Estate Cemetery in Raleigh, Mississippi. A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday, June 9, 2005 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Broussard’s, Cemetery Road at Highway 96 Bypass, Silsbee, Texas and Friday, June 10, 2005 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 at First Pentecostal Church in Bay Springs.
She was preceded in death by her son, James Daniel Hair; husbands, James Daniel Blakeney, Cody William Hair and William Henry Schnell; sister, Mary Lou Craven; brothers, Denson Watson and Howard Watson.
She is survived by her sons, Reverend Johnny C. Hair and his wife Lyndal of Moss Bluff, Louisiana and Dan Henry Blakeney and his wife Kathy of West Monroe, Louisiana; daughters, Donna Joyce Nunn and her husband Bill and Anna L. Tanton and her husband Jerry, all of Silsbee; daughter-in-law, Linda Hair of Hattiesburg, Mississippi; grandchildren, Jeffrey Hair, Cindy Parker, Reverend Jon Hair, Jr., Robin Burgess, Mark Nunn, Timothy Dwayne Nunn, David Nunn, Shanna Burgess, Bryan Tanton, Jana Tanton and Daniel Ryan Blakeney; 18 great-grandchildren; sister, Margie Cooley of Laurel, Mississippi; brother, Henton Watson of Winter Haven Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.
