To Scutter and all of Aunt Mable's family and loved ones, We are so grateful that we had an opportunity to know your precious Mother, and our Aunt Mable. She was our Mother's closest sister & she was with our mother when she passed on. She had come to relieve Madeline and I at the hospital and once we left, it was your sweet mother who called us to tell us our mother was gone...We were glad it was her. We will always remember her kindness to us as children and as adults. She became the link to our Mother after our mother left us and was always so gracious in that role, reassuring us in good times and bad. We called her when we graduated from college and she would always make a fuss about our accomplishments. She acted as Gloria's "Mom standin" at her wedding. Seeing her a couple years ago meant a great deal to Gloria. Our Aunt Mable will always be remembered for her accepting and gentle nature. She had a winning smile....We can still see it in even her latest pictures you have here...but we will remember her best in her beautiful youth---she was movie star gorgeous! We know she and Katie, and all the rest of the Littleton clan are up there in Heaven just having a ball. Makes us happy knowing they are all together again. God Bless you and yours. We will make a donation to Aunt Mable's church in Winnie she was so fond of through the years. Our prayers are with each and every one of your. Love, Gloria & Madeline, & Greg too.

My "Dear Friends", How I wish that I could be there (with you) in this very sad time of your lives. Even though it is a very sad time, you know that it is a "glorious" time, too! Your Momma is "singing with the angel choir" (probably leading the alto section) and enjoying all her family that have gone on before her. Don't you know that Donna, Dennis, and your Dad are having a "Rothwell family reunion".....just waiting for the day when you will ALL be together again. What a day that will be! Mable has been like a "second Momma" to me for the past 25 years of my life. I knew that I could always call her and share things and ask her to pray for me and with me about stuff in my life. Thank you for "sharing" her with me! I will always cherish the many wonderful memories we shared.....singing in the choir, Vacation Bible Schools, our Spain mission trip, and so many, long hours, just "chatting away" out at the "lower 40". Boy, I will miss those times! (and the cherry-nut cake, too) Please know that "The Rothwell Crew" will ALWAYS hold a very special place in my heart and I am thankful to our God for letting our paths cross, here in this lifetime together! God used your Momma to help "make me the person I am today." I love you all and I will be seeing you soon. With My Love and Prayers, Thelma
