Norma Schwarz Hall, 89, of Beaumont, died Tuesday, May 10, 2005 at Calder Woods in Beaumont.
A native of Travis County, Texas, and a resident of Beaumont for many years, Norma had retired as head of the Department of Secretarial Sciences, College of Business, Lamar University. She was a charter member of the Lamar Chapter of Phi Kappa Phi, named Business Education Teacher of the Year for Region V in 1972, was a life master of the American Contract Bridge League, and was named Professor Emeritus by the Lamar University Board of Regents in 1988.
A memorial service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 12, 2005 at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont. A gathering of family and friends will follow after the service in the church parlor.
