RC Eddins, 75, of Kountze, died Thursday, April 28, 2005 at Kountze Nursing Facility.
Funeral Service will be Sunday, May 1, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at Faith Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church in Kountze with burial to follow at the Jordan Cemetery in Honey Island. A gathering of family and friends will be today from 4:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Broussard’s, 700 W. Saratoga Hwy, Kountze, Texas.
A native of Brookeland, RC lived in Honey Island for 50 years and was an Oilfield Worker.
He is survived by his daughters, Regina Cheshire and her husband Gerald of Honey Island, Jamie Eddins of Corpus Christi, Phyllis Hall and her husband Carroll of Honey Island, and Wanda Sue Roth of Honey Island; sons, Allen Eddins and his wife Shelley of Honey Island and Roy C. Eddins and his wife Kathy of Jasper; twqenty-one grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren; brother, Rusty Eddins and his wife Mildred of Spurger; sister, Anna B. Hogusin and her late husband Harry of Newton.
