Uncle Ed was a great cook. I remember coming down and working with him in the restaurant and later in the cafe. I learned how to make chicken fried steak and crawfish. He was always ready to teach you something new.. I always enjoyed spending time with Aunt Lillie and Uncle Ed.i will miss him greatly and thank him for giving me my live for cooking.

Mr. Louquette was one of the popular figures at the baseball park back in the day. You couldn't help but put a smile on your face when you ran into him or heard him talking to someone else about any issue. He was just that kind of guy! He will always be a member of the Great Dads of the baseball field days. He will be remembered and missed. God bless you Mr. Louquette.
