Dub was so faithful - not only to the Lord in his service through the years - but in the care of his dear wife, Fran. Now you are in the perfect place, Dub. Be happy.

We were blessed to know Dub and Fran and their family through FBC Nederland. The world is a darker and colder place with his passing. His smile. His self effacing way of deflecting attention. His compassion for the little, the least, the last and the lost. Authentic.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of grief and loss. But we will smile again--because Dub would have it no other way.

Dub was a dedicated man of God. He will be remembered for all of the tireless hours he spent doing the work of the Master with the benevolent committee of First Baptist Church. He was a humble man, but mighty in his work and witness for our Lord.
Our love and prayers go out to the family.
