Sorry for your loss. I remember Mr. Calame from Pietzsch Elementary in Beaumont when he took over from Mr. Martin. He was always nice to us students back then. RIP.

Dear family and friends of Sidney Calame. I thought that he was such a wonderful man, so caring and calm. I was in the 1st grade laying down in the nurses office when he came in and told me I had the measles, and would be out of school for about 2 weeks. That was at Pietzsch Elementary. My family moved to Tyrrell Park when I was in the fourth grade and I felt lucky to have him for a principal then, All the kids liked him, and all the teachers did too. I wish to extend my heartfelt sympathy, and hope that God's comfort and love will surround you and bring you peace, He will be missed.
