Pulliam Jr. of Houston, Texas, his daughter Kimberly Breaux and husband Brady Breaux of Katy, Texas, and five grandchildren: Ashlyn & Madison Pulliam of Katy, Texas, Tyler Breaux of College Station, Texas, Keely Breaux, and Kasie Pulliam. He is preceded in death by his parents Clark and Bertha Pulliam of Baker, Louisiana, his son Michael Shane Pulliam of Hamshire, Texas, and his brother Clark Kelly Pulliam of Milldale, Louisiana.
