Jeanette Parigi, 77, of Beaumont, died Thursday, October 27, 2016, at Lenrose Place, Beaumont. A native and lifelong resident of the area, she was born on March 8, 1939, to Stella Glorioso Parigi and John Parigi.

Jeanette graduated from St. Anthony’s High School in 1957. She was a founding member of St. Jude’s Catholic Church. She served as a Eucharistic Minister, taught confirmation classes, participated in the Adorations prayer group, enthusiastically attended retreats and volunteered for church projects. She devoted her life to her three boys, always supporting them, whether it was attending multiple sporting events in a given week, or working on late night school assignments. Jeanette, known as Mimi to her grandchildren, was a loving and fun grandmother who left an everlasting positive influence on each of them.

For those fortunate enough to know Jeanette, she was a very happy, giving, easy going person with a huge heart who would help anyone in need. Her strong Christian faith helped her overcome the challenges of life in a positive way.

JP - I only met your mom once, but she welcomed me into her home like I was family. She was a sweet, caring lady. I'm so sorry to hear of her passing. I'm sorry I couldn't make it down to Beaumont for the funeral. Please give all your girls a hug from us and don't hesitate to call if you need anything at all.
