Richard “Dick” Nelson, Jr.,68, of Vidor died March 29,2005.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday April 1, 2005 at Broussard’s Mortuary Chapel, 134 W. Buccaneer, Winnie with burial in Fairview Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be 5:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday evening at the funeral home.
He is survived by son Aaron Nelson of Vidor; daughters Laura Malinchalk of Vidor, Shirley Lisenby and husband Danny of Vidor; brothers Joe Nelson and wife Ima Jean of Silsbee, Walter Nelson and wife Ann of Gilchrist; sister Shirley Bellar and husband Pete of Port Bolivar; five grandchildren; one great grandchild. Son, Richard Edward Nelson III, granddaughter, Angelique Lisenby, precedes him in death.
