Ruby Mae Huber — In Loving Memory

Ruby Mae Huber, 88, of Beaumont, died Monday, August 22, 2016. She was born on October 8, 1927, to Nuna Mae Cormuich Richard and Claude Richard, in Rayne, Louisiana.

Survivors include her son, Beau Huber of Phoenix, Arizona; brother, Ira Smith of Lafayette, Louisiana; granddaughters, Kendal Lorenz and Elizabeth Sadler; and great-grandchildren, Charles and Will Lorenz.

A graveside service for Mrs. Huber will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 26, 2016, at Magnolia Cemetery, 2291 Pine Street, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Julie Rogers Gift of Life Program, 2390 Dowlen Road, Beaumont, Texas 77706.

Beau, Sorry to hear about your mother passing. I know how difficult it is to lose a parent, I lost my father this year and it is the end of an era. Ruby and Jack were among our first friends when we came to Beaumont. We have such fond memories of fun around the pool at the Longfellow Apartments and at the beach. She was always the life of the party.
Rest in peace, sweet lady. You live on in our 8 mm films and our memories.
