Thelma Earline Droddy, 53, of Beaumont died March 20, 2005 at her residence. She was born in Vidor and has been a lifelong resident of the Beaumont area. Thelma will be remembered of her love of drawing, going to the Beach with her grandchildren, bingo and her love of dancing.
She is survived by her children, Robert E. Downs of Beaumont, Texas, Juanita M. DuBose and her husband Rocky of Hull, Georgia, Alisha Beall and her husband Joey of Swansboro, North Carolina, Tonya Loy of Hubert, North Carolina, June M. Droddy of Orlando, Florida, Brandy L. Rainwater of Orange, Texas and Terry E.Droddy of Azel, Texas; brothers and sisters, Robert Timothy Droddy of Vidor; Evelyn June Thibodeaux of Beaumont and Earl Lee Droddy of Iowa Park, Texas and twenty-three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 24, 2005 at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
