Frances Alarid, 88, of Beaumont died March 11, 2005 at The Clairmont. A native of Bryan, Texas and resident of Galveston for her adult life, Frances had resided in Beaumont for the past five years. She was a retired hotel accountant.
She is survived by her daughters, Rosalind Sanchez and her husband Angelo of Beaumont, Elizabeth Bailey of Texas City, and Susan Johnson of Santa Fe, Texas; sons, Richard Alarid and his wife Ann of Longview and Vince Alarid and his wife Jo Ann of Gainesville, Florida; brother, John Herman of Bryan; sister, Hermina Andreason of Galveston; fourteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2005 at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church followed by graveside services at 3:00 p.m. at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Dickinson under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 N Major Drive, Beaumont. A Christian Vigil will be 7:00 p.m. Monday evening, March 14, 2005 at the Mortuary.
