Walter J. Tribble,Jr passed away after a brief illness on February 20, 2005 surrounded by his loving family.
To his friends of which there are many he was known as J.T. or Jim. To his family he was known as Dad or Paw Paw. His love,
Humor and presence will be greatly missed.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 am, Thursday February 24, 2005 at Broussard’s Mortuary Chapel, 134 W. Buccaneer, Winnie. A gathering of family and friends will be 5:00-8:00 pm, Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
He was born October 1, 1939 in Beaumont, Texas where he lived most of his life and graduated from South Park High School in 1957. After serving in the Army, J.T. returned to the Beaumont area and began a very successful career in Sales, which he retired from in October 2005. He moved to Gilchrist where he resided since 1988. His Hobbies included fishing, dancing, gardening and life.
He was preceded in death by his parents Hawky Tribble and Diatta Blessingham. He is survived by his children ; sons Ricky Tribble of Gilchrist, Robby Tribble and Randy Tribble both of Beaumont; daughter Rhonda Dearen of Gilchrist; grandchildren Amberly Sheppard, Brandon Tribble, Chris Tribble, Aubry Tribble and Rocky Harrod.
