Robert Felix Sikes, 71, of Kountze, Texas, died Wednesday, January 12, 2005 at Kountze Nursing Center.
Funeral service will be 10:00a.m. Saturday, January 15, 2004 at Broussard’s Chapel, 700 W. Saratoga Highway, Kountze. Burial will follow at Old Hardin Cemetery in Kountze. A gathering of family and friends will be Friday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the mortuary.
A native of Humble, Robert lived in Kountze and worked in the construction field as a Welder.
Robert is preceded in death by his brother, Richard Sikes.
He is survived by his wife, Nora Sikes of Kountze; daughters, Terry Lynn Gillam of Kountze and Diana Lynn Ewing of Silsbee; son, Robert Edward Sikes of Kountze; grandchildren, Jamie Rafiq, Robert Eugene Ewing, Amanda Lee Gillam, Dallas Shane Gillam, Shandy Gore, Kyle Edward Sikes, Holly Nicole Sikes, Dylan Reese Sikes; brothers, Ronnie Sikes, Ralph Sikes; and sister, Billie Short.
