Billy George Andrews, Sr., 69, of Nederland died, Tuesday January 11, 2005 at his residence.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m. Thursday, January 13, 2005 at Broussard’s, 505 12th Street, Nederland. Cremation will follow at a later time.
Survivors include his wife, Marcia Andrews of Nederland; two daughters, Melissa Andrews of Nederland and Nelda Darlene Andrews of Alexandria, Louisiana; two sons, Billy G. Andrews, Jr. of Middleburg, Florida and Tomas “Tommy” Andrews of Boyce, Louisiana; seven grandchildren, Brittany and Tyler Andrews both of Nederland, Rebecca and Zachary Andrews both of Middleburg, Florida, Robert Poor of Williamstown, Vermont, Ashlee, David, and Aaricka Andrews all of Alexandria, Louisiana. Also surviving is one sister, Peggy Melancon of Clearlake; four nephews, Ricahrd Melancon of Woodlands, Terry Melanocn of Fred, Mark and Barry Thompson; five nieces, Paula Phillips of Port Arthur, Taletha McCorkl, Tawanna Frye, Tapiki Hamsen and Tanaen Sipes all of Washington.
