Willie Raye Gregory, 78, of Nederland died, Thursday, January 6, 2005 at Cypress Glenn East Nursing Center in Port Arthur.
Mrs. Gregory a native of Dolan, Texas was born December 4, 1926 and had been a resident of the Mid-County area for the past fifty years. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Grant Gregory II of Nederland; two sons, Grant Gregory III of Warren and Michael Gregory of Texarkana, Arkansas; two daughters, Kathy Curry of LaPorte and Agnes Weeks of Beaumont; six grandchildren, Stephanie, Rob, Aimee, Cliff, Kristin and Nicholas; five great grandchildren; and two sisters, Rena Nutt of Port Arthur, and Maxine Trahan of Lufkin.
Mrs. Gregory was preceded in death by one grandson, Jason.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, January 8, 2005 at Broussard’s, 505 12th Street, Nederland. Reverend George Parmer and Reverend Al Perry will officiate. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A gathering of family and friends will be from 10:00 am until service time on Saturday.
