Sherri Lee MacMurray

Sweet, sweet Sherri. How lucky were we to have her in our lives. She along with her whole family were a big part of our South Park community and I will always remember her and her family with love.

I treid to get in touch with you, Sherri, two weeks ago to see you after I left Galveston. I know in my heart you weren't able to reply. I'm so sorry we didn't get to say good-bye. I love you, little cousin and will alwys miss you.

I was really shocked and sad to hear about Sherri's passing. I will always remember the sparkle in her eyes and the mischievous grin on her face. From Bingman Elementary to South Park High School, we went to school together. Sherri, you were always so sweet and fun! I love you girl and know you're in a better place.

Sherri, even though I have not seen you since we were all at South Park High School I will always remember your sincere smile and your laughter. You always had a smile for everyone the popular and the not so popular! Only the good die young I know you must be in heaven by all the kind things that people have said in the guest book about you! I only wished I could have known you outside of school. My prayers and thoughts are with your loved ones!

Sherri and I went to Bingman Elementry First grade through to South Park she was a great friend and good person she will be missed I am sad to hear she passed so earl.

I know Sherri is in a better place now but you always remember the past. She and I went to Elementary through High school together. What a fun and great person to have been around. As life moves forward I feel I will see Sherri again one of these days.

I know you're busy making everyone laugh and smile where you are now. My Dear Sweet Friend.....I find it hard to believe there will be no more monthly outings...no more texts at 2 in the morning.....no more hugs. You showed me so much this past year....how to be strong.....how to drive the scooters at Walmart (LOL)....how to laugh through pain. I will remember your smile and the way you glowed when you talked about all your babies. I know you are walked through the Gates in Heaven in no pain. You are and always will be my special friend. You were with me through our first experiences of discovering who we were, during our time to use that discovery and create something real, during a time of new babies and higher hopes, during times of making ends meet and things work, you were there when we talked of pain and loss, and when we discussed how to keep this life we had created moving to the end. I saw you and we thought we had that part worked out, then God told me you would be going soon. I could see it in your eyes. I never got to tell you how you helped me learn to love unconditionally, how to wait for a better day, how to accept the trials and learn from them. You were truly my friend and loved me for who I was. There will never be another you dear Sherri, know that God is good His steadfast hands will protect you and give you peace.

I have so many special memories of you dating back to our early days at MacArthur. I remember you as the sweet, smiling, beautiful person who was a special friend to me and so many others. I remember the times our families spent together as well. I know that you are now in God's arms surrounded by his love and grace, and I find peace in knowing that you are with Kitty and Sherrill, who I know were waiting for you with open arms. Although I will miss your physical presence here with me, your spirit will live forever in the precious memories that I will always hold in my heart.

Momma today's the 2nd day in a row I've picked up my cell to dial your number to tell you some news. Like yesterday, I had to catch myself before dialing out.Instead I went back through my saved voice mails to hear your voice telling me Merry Christmas! It's not gonna ever set in that your gone Momma! And maybe it's because your really not!You've just graduated upstairs. But I can still feel you and talk to you.Any questions for you they'll still get answered.They'll just come to me in a different form. I'm gonna miss u Momma! When Sherri was your friend, you could never ask for a more loyal friend! We had many, many laughs together! I am so happy that you are out of pain and now looking at the face of our living God! You are truly blessed!

My prayers are with you all! Sherri was a wonderful person with a true heart. Growing up, I admired her, grew to love her as a trusted friend. I babysat Sherri's baby boys a FEW years back. Whether it was a show she thought I'd enjoy, snack or puzzle book she had; Sherri ALWAYS had something special for me after the boys went to bed!

I only know Sherri through South Park. Talking to her friends, she was truly amazing and a dear friend to many. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Sherri is now in the most fabulous place and has no more pain. Rest in peace Sherri. God Bless.

My sympathies are with her family & friends during this hard time. I didn't know Sherri except from SPHS, but to listen to her friends talk about her, she was loved so much by all. She really had some very good friends that cared so much for her. She is home with her Heavenly Father now, so we know there is no more pain and struggles for her and in this there is joy. Keep your fond memories of the times with her close. I pray God's peace & comfort for all who loved her.
