Mary Gill Churchill passed away September 15, 2013, at the age of 91.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Loyd W. Churchill and she is survived by her daughter, Lynne Churchill Finley and her husband, Jim of New Orleans; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
She was a graduate of East Chambers High School and Chenier Business College and enjoyed a long career as an accountant and realtor in the Beaumont business community. She was a 60-year member of Calder Baptist Church where she was a Sunday school teacher and a member of the choir.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, September, 17, 2013, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 18, 2013, at Calder Baptist Church, 1005 North 11th Street, Beaumont, with interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.
