David Frederick Tulette, 69, of Kountze, died Sunday, August 25, 2013.  He was born on September 25, 1943, in New York, New York, to Reva June Smith Tulette and Frederick B. Tulette, and was a resident of Kountze since 2006.  David was a United States Army veteran and was a retired foreman with GTE.

Survivors include his wife, Georgine Tulette; children, David Tulette and his wife, Julie, of Gardena, California; James Tulette and his wife, Dilki, of Seal Beach, California; Rod Rigdon of Rainbow, California; Rhonda Roberts and her husband, Jeff, of Kountze; Scotty Tulette of Highland, Michigan; Natalie Bland of Long Beach, California; and Kristine Gordon of Oregon; sister, Nancy Allen of Washington; thirteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation arrangements are being handled under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
