Eloise Clymer
Wallace, 74, of LaBelle, died Sunday, August 25, 2013. She was born in Anahuac,
on December 16, 1938, to Beatrice Alice and Charley B. Clymer, and had been a
resident of LaBelle for fifty-five years. Eloise devoted her life to caring for
her family as a homemaker.
She is
survived by her daughters, Melani E. Maxwell of Beaumont; Suzanne K. Block and
her husband, Kevin, of Vidor; and Janet L. Mouton of Beaumont; twin sister,
Louise Laskoskie and her husband, Delbert, of Anahuac; and sister, Juanita
Hutsell of Fort Worth; brother, Charles B. Clymer and his wife, Marge, of
Hawkins; grandchildren, Douglas Maxwell and his wife, Krystal, of Nederland; Tanna
Kaye and her husband, J. D. Larson, of Beverly Hills, California; Jaclyn Parmer
of Jacksonville, Florida; Janna Connor and her husband, Josh, of North Little
Rock, Arkansas; David L. Parmer of Yuma, Arizona; D’Anna Mouton of Beaumont;
Ashley Parmer of Longview; and Shanna Mouton of Beaumont; great-grandchildren,
Halen, Zoey, Corbin, Addison, Alex, Allen, and Alem; and a host of nieces and
nephews.
Eloise is
preceded in death by her parents; husband, David E. Wallace; daughter, Dana
Jean Parmer; and son-in-law, Douglas E. Maxwell.
A gathering of
Mrs. Wallace’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, August 27, 2013, at Nederland Apostolic Church, 1308 South 27th
Street, Nederland. Her funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August
28, 2013, at Nederland Apostolic Church, with a committal service to follow at
1:30 p.m., at Anahuac Cemetery, Anahuac, under the direction of Broussard’s,
505 North 12th Street, Nederland.
