Billy Reece Bailey, 71, of Lumberton, died Thursday, August 22, 2013.  He was born on August 1, 1942, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to the late Willie Reece Bailey and Era Jean Bailey.

Survivors include his daughters, Karen Culpepper and her husband, John, of Rison, Arkansas and Laura Thompson and her husband, John, of Lumberton; grandchildren, Josh Culpepper, Jessie Thompson, Maddie Thompson, Grace Thompson, Erika Holder, and Mallory Holder; great-grandchildren, Bailey Leach and Abby Leach; sisters, Bobbie Rowland of North Little Rock, Arkansas and Debra Kay Lawrenz of Bauxite, Arkansas; and many loving cousins.

Bill is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Bailey; and daughter, Teresa Holder.

Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
