Charles “CK” Netterville, Jr., 80, of Sour Lake, died Friday, August 2, 2013, at The Oaks at Beaumont. He was born on January 5, 1933, in Beaumont, to Robey Richardson Netterville and Charles Netterville, Sr., and had been a lifelong resident of the area. CK was a United States Army veteran and a self-employed small business owner. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Bevil Oaks. CK is survived by his sons, Peter Netterville and his wife, Bobbie, of Sour Lake and Charles Netterville III and his wife, Molly, of Houston; daughter, Karen Dickinson and her husband, Bill, of Nacogdoches; brother, David Netterville and his wife, Maurine, of Houston; grandchildren, Kirby Dickinson, Shalene Jannise, Erica Bristow, Micakyla Madox, Cheynne McDonald, and Gracie Netterville; and great-grandchildren, Wyatte Jannise, Lycon Jannise, Kaleigh, and Mackenzie Luye. He is preceded in death by his wife, Olga Netterville; and his parents. A gathering of Mr. Netterville’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, August 5, 2013, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 6, 2013, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Pine Ridge Cemetery, Sour Lake.
