Billy Wayne Moulder, 73, of Silsbee, died Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at home surrounded by his family.  He was born on October 7, 1939, in Silsbee, to Opal Wilson Moulder and Alfred Moulder.  Billy was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.  His family was his life.

Survivors include his wife of fifty-one years, Janice; children; Tony Moulder and his wife, Kelley; Leisa McCollum and her husband, Chad; and Randall Moulder and his wife, Cher, all of Silsbee; grandchildren, Holden and Courtnee McCollum; and Ryan, Kelsie, Cory, Darren, and Jared Moulder; brother, Kenneth Moulder and his wife, Pansy, of Colmesneil; and uncle, Eugene Hare of Silsbee.  He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, PeeWee Moulder.

A gathering of Mr. Moulder’s family and friends will begin 1:00 p.m., with his funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 27, 2013, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  His interment will follow at Resthaven Cemetery, Silsbee.
