Jennie Sue Hutson, 82, of Beaumont, died Saturday, July 20, 2013, at Harbor Hospital of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. She was born on August 18, 1930, to Ada Gertrude Taylor Snow and Laurence Austin Snow, in Weatherford, Oklahoma.

Survivors include her children, Larry Hutson of Ocala, Florida, Ginger Conner of Bayfield, Colorado, and Trudi Martin of Beaumont; grandchildren, Mark Hutson, Tracy Hutson, Jill Collins, Kyle Hutson, Chad Hutson, Seth Conner, Kacy Lobato, Chris Martin, Wes Martin, and Heather McClory; great-grandchildren, McKinsey Conner, Taylor Lobato, Lola Lobato, Kody McClory, Kasey McClory, Levi Martin, Dottie Hutson, Nina Hutson, Oliver Watson, Felix Watson, Pearson Collins, Everett Collins, Finley Collins, and Holden Hutson; and sister, Linda Estrada of Abilene.

A private family committal service was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

Don't grieve for me for now I'm free, I'm following the path God laid for me. I took His hand when I heard Him call; I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day, to laugh, to love, to work, or play. Tasks left undone must stay that way; I found that place at the close of the day. If my parting has left a void, then fill it with remembered joy. Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your heart and share with me. God wanted me now. He set me free.
