Hazel Ruth Sanders Plaisance, 83, of Beaumont, passed July 12, 2013.  She was born on December 25, 1929, in San Augustine, to Annie Jamison Sanders and Otis Sanders.

Survivors include her sons, Leroy Lombardo and Johnny Lombardo, both of Beaumont; brother, Preston Sanders of San Augustine; sister, Peggy Smith of Nacogdoches; granddaughter, Stacy Leonard of San Antonio; and many nieces and nephews.

She was a great mother and she will be missed.  Rest in peace mom, we all love you.

A gathering of Mrs. Plaisance’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, July 15, 2013, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont.  Her graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at Magnolia Cemetery, Beaumont.
