Burl Eugene Glenn, 79, of Winnie, Texas, formerly of Fisher, Arkansas, died Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at Mid Jefferson Extended Care, Nederland. He was born on September 28, 1933, in Fisher, Arkansas, to Irene Hannan Glenn and Paul Glenn.

Burl is survived by his sons, Shane Glenn and his wife, Rhonda, of Marked Tree, Arkansas and Alan Glenn and his wife, Elizabeth, of Winnie, Texas; daughters, Kimmie Devillier of Montgomery, Texas and Tammy Fisher; step-daughter, Carol Wilks and her husband, Danny of Cave City, Arkansas; nine grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.

A graveside service for Mr. Glenn will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 29, 2013, at Fisher Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie.
