Christine Ann Janow, 54, of Kountze, died Saturday, June 15, 2013, at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont. She was born on July 28, 1958, in Houma, Louisiana, to June Mary LaJaunie Olivier and Charles David Olivier, and had been a longtime resident of the Kountze area.

She is survived by her husband, Allen “Tiger” Janow of Kountze; children, Kristy Wade and her husband, Michael, of Kountze and Missy Sundgren of Silsbee; grandchildren, Trevis Sundgren, Kanon Sundgren, Alleigh Wade, Emma Wade, Piper Wade, and McKinley Wade; sisters, Charlene Cocke of South Carolina, Darlene McConnell of Alabama, and Jan Blanchard of Houma, Louisiana; and brother, David Olivier of Houston.

Christine is preceded in death by her parents; and mother and father-in-law, Joyce Marie Janow and James Allen Janow.

A gathering of Mrs. Janow’s family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with her memorial service to follow at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, June 22, 2013, at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 1600 South Pine, Kountze. A family committal will be at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
