Carolyn Eaves Theobald Morgan, 83, of Wildwood, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, June 6, 2013. She was born on December 24, 1929, in Beaumont, to Cecile Porter Eaves and James Wade Eaves, Sr., and had been a lifelong resident of the area. Carolyn was a retired supervisor from Gulf States Utilities after thirty-four years of service.

She is survived by her husband, Frank Morgan of Wildwood; children, David H. Theobald, Jr. and his wife, Jane, of Beaumont; Mark Morgan of Tampa, Florida; Kindra Nappo of New Hampshire; and Lynn Fuller of Titusville, Florida; and grandchildren, Darrick Theobald of Beaumont and Carol Crawford of Houston.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, brother James Wade Eaves, Jr., and nephew Scott Eaves.        

A gathering of Mrs. Morgan’s family and friends will begin at 11:00 a.m., with her funeral service to follow at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, June 8, 2013, at Wildwood Baptist Church, Wildwood Drive, Village Mills, under the direction of Broussard’s, 530 West Monroe, Kountze. Interment will follow at Village Mills Cemetery, Village Mills.
