Paul Douglas “Doug” Champagne, 54, formerly of Winnie and
now of Bossier City, Louisiana, died May 27, 2013.
Doug was born on July 22, 1958 in Port Arthur, to Harold
Champagne and Audry Alexander Champagne. He was a carpenter by trade and had
lived in Bossier City the last three years. He is survived by his father, Harold Champagne; brothers, Clifton Champagne and his wife, Sharon and Mark Champagne; sister, Roxanne Becker and her husband, Rickey, all of Winnie; nieces, Alexis Walters and Jacqueline Dunson; and nephews, Shawn Becker and Phillip Becker. Mr. Champagne’s family will have a memorial graveside service
for him at 1:00 p.m., June 8, 2013, at Fairview Cemetery, Fairview Cemetery Road,
Winnie. Cremation was under the direction of Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer
Drive, Winnie.
