Cameron James Norton, 4, of Winnie, was granted his angel wings on Sunday, May 26, 2013. He was born on November 24, 2008, and brought more joy to this world in his four short years than most people experience in a lifetime.

Cameron was a shining star, an angel on earth. His loss has made the world dimmer. He was instantly loved by all who had the honor to know him.

Cameron is survived by and deeply loved by his daddy, Daniel Norton; mommy, Crystal Lanier, brothers, Sean and Caden Norton; grandparents, Carl and Lisa Holton and Kirk and Patricia Norton; as well as countless others.

He will always remain one of the brightest memories of their lives, and will live an eternity in their hearts. Rest in peace, “Little Bug”; we love you.

A gathering of Cameron’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 31, 2013, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 1, 2013, at First United Methodist Church, 1708 State Highway 124, Winnie, with interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.
