Dudley Thomas Burrell, 75, of Lumberton, died Saturday, May 25, 2013.  He was born on November 8, 1937, in Beaumont, to Irene and Luther Burrell. Dudley was a member of the Army Reserve and retired from the United States Postal Service after working there for thirty-one years.

Survivors include his daughter, Jackie Torrence Maniscalco and her husband, David, of Lumberton; grandchildren, Jennifer Maniscalco Fabriguze and her husband, Brent; Chelsea Marie Maniscalco; and David John “D.J.” Maniscalco, all of Lumberton; and great-grandsons, Erik Kjell Kvarme III and Jaxon Cole Fabriguze. 

He is preceded in death by his parents; and wife of thirty-eight years, Sue Gallier Burrell.

A gathering of Mr. Burrell’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches.
