Wanna B. Frederick 
October 24, 1926 - May 5, 2013

Wanna B. Frederick, 86, of Beaumont, died Sunday, May 5, 2013. She was born on October 24, 1926, to Monte Sullivan Rhoads and Clem Rhoads, in Tularosa, New Mexico, and had been a longtime resident of this area. Wanna B. was an award winning volunteer for many local organizations.

 

Survivors include her children, Cathy Tompkins and her husband, Tim, and Mike Frederick and his wife, Sharon, all of Fannett; Karen Lombardo and her husband, Frank, of Lumberton; Mark Frederick and his wife, Brenda, of Beaumont; Phillip Frederick and his wife, Lori, of Orange; Timothy Frederick of Houston; Stacie Sandoval and her husband, Jeffrey, of League City; and Chris Frederick and his wife, Amy, stationed in Abilene; grandchildren, Samantha Richard, Jeremy Tompkins, Michael Frederick, Tammy Dunn, John Frederick, Laurie Frederick, Paul Frederick, Angela Dunham, April Lombardo, Delia Trahan, Meagan Paculict, Courtney Frederick, Edward Brown, Matthew Brown, Justin Frederick, Rusty Frederick, Sarah Pevehouse, Kyle Gallier, Jaclyn Sandoval, Timothy Frederick, and Jason Frederick; and great-grandchildren, Tori McGuire, Luke Richard, Katelyn Tompkins, Cole Tompkins, Camryn Tompkins, Grant Gibson, Patrice Gibson, Derek Moss, Paige Frederick, Jessica Hammack, Jace Dunn, Penelope Frederick, Karah Dunham, Macy Lombardo, Jackson Lombardo, Evangeline Trahan, Madelyn Frederick, Olivia Frederick, Joshua Pevehouse, Caleb Pevehouse, and Colton Gallier. 

 

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clifford T. Frederick; and son, Randy Frederick. 

 

A gathering of Mrs. Frederick’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 9, 2013, at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 6825 Gladys Avenue, Beaumont, with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
