Nancy Ellen Bailey, 70, of Lumberton, died Friday, April 26, 2013, at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont. She was born on January 3, 1943, in Camden, Arkansas, to Mary Sue Silliman Waters and Charles Waters, and had been a longtime resident of the area.

Survivors include her husband of fifty-one years, Bill Bailey of Lumberton; daughters, Karen Culpepper and her husband, John, of Rison, Arkansas and Laura Thompson and her husband, John, of Lumberton; grandchildren, Josh Culpepper, Jessie Thompson, Maddie Thompson, Grace Thompson, Erika Holder, and Mallory Holder; great-grandchildren, Bailey Leach and Abby Leach; and sisters, Carolyn Billings of Hot Spring, Arkansas and Martha Ward of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Nancy is preceded in death by her daughter, Teresa Holder.

A memorial service for Mrs. Bailey will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 29, 2013, at Westgate Church of Christ, 6390 Westgate Drive, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A family committal will be at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
