Louise Joyce Hamilton Durr, 90, of Beaumont, died Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont. She was born on October 22, 1922, in San Antonio, to Mary Frances Ryder Hamilton and Guy Austin Hamilton, and had been a longtime resident of Beaumont. She was a retired bookkeeper and secretary.

Joyce is survived by her sons, Dale Wayne Durr and his wife, Bonnie, of Kerrville and Donald Gene Durr and his wife, Pamela Ann, of Beaumont; grandchildren, Brian C. Durr and his wife, Angela K, of Cibolo; Jonathan N. Durr; Daniel J. Durr; and David A. Durr, all of Beaumont; and great-grandchildren, Caleb Joshua Durr and Keeleigh Breann Durr.

A gathering of Mrs. Durr’s family and friends will begin at 5:00 p.m., Thursday, April 18, 2013, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 19, 2013, at Broussard’s. A family committal for Mrs. Durr will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 20, 2013, at Beulah Church Cemetery, 2279 Highway 487, Marthaville, Louisiana.
