Lisa Sterling Porcari, 51, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. A native and lifelong resident of Beaumont, she was born on February 19, 1962, to Jeanette Rose Jordan Sterling and Ronald Gene Sterling, Sr.

Survivors include son, James Derek Anthony; parents, Jeanette and Ronald Sterling; brother, Ronald “Ron” Gene Sterling, Jr.; grandmother, Billie Blanche Sterling; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Gertie Laviolette; and grandfather, M.F. Sterling.

A gathering of Ms. Porcari’s family and friends will begin at 9:00 a.m. with her funeral service to follow at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 30, 2013, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Groves.
