Joyce Lucille Kelley, 76, of Silsbee, died Friday, March 22, 2013.  She was born on October 22, 1936, in Edmond, Oklahoma, to Neva Howell Starnes and Burl Houston Starnes.  She retired from Target where she worked as a personnel director and she was also a business owner.

Survivors include her husband of fifty-eight years, Tommy Kelley; children, Neva Hollyfield and her husband, Mike; and Penny Saulter and her husband, Tommy, all of Silsbee; Darla Denmon and her husband, Stacey, of Cedar Hill; and Jimmy Immel and his wife, Betty, of Silsbee; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and brother, Jack Starnes and his wife, Leeane, of Houston.  She is preceded in death by her parents; sons, Jack Thompson, William Kelley, and Melvin Kelley; and a brother and sister.

A gathering of Mrs. Kelley’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, March 24, 2013, at Abundant Life United Pentecostal Church, 191 East Highway 327, Silsbee, under the direction of Broussard’s, Silsbee.  Her funeral service will be 4:00 p.m., Monday, March 25, 2013, at the church, with her interment to follow at Hardin Memorial Park, Silsbee.
